The Nordic Baltic Ballet Competition

Stora Daldansen is a nonprofit organization that has been supporting the Nordic Baltic Ballet Competition and the development of the art form of ballet since 1988. The annual Nordic Baltic Ballet Competition, located in the city of Falun, Sweden is a competition for young aspiring dancers from the Nordic and Baltic countries, ages 15 to 20. As well as the actual competition aspect, the event creates an important forum and meeting place for young aspiring dancers, educators, professionals and anyone interested in dance.
